Every time you purchase a pre-recorded course on Exly, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp as well as on your registered email address. In case you want to check out the course content later, you can always log in to the account to access the content purchased by following this step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Log in to your registered email id to find the confirmation mail in your inbox. Click on the hyperlinked now login here option. However, you can even search for the creator’s webpage directly which is mentioned in the same confirmation mail and WhatsApp message. (Example: https://shurufit.exlyapp.com/)

Step 2: You will be redirected to the creator’s (whose course you have paid for) webpage. Click on the Login button on the top right corner of the page. 

If you are trying to access this via mobile, then click on the menu to find the login button. 

Step 3: Enter the registered email in the provided field, and click on the Send OTP button to receive the OTP. 

Remember to always enter the email ID that you used when you paid for the pre-recorded course. 

Step 3: Click on the Send OTP button. 

Step 4: Check your registered email ID for the OTP. In case you don’t find it in your inbox, try checking the Spam folder. 

Step 5: Enter the 6-digit OTP in the provided field, and complete the step by clicking on the Validate OTP button. 

In a situation where you haven’t received the requested OTP, click on the Resend option to receive a new one.
