Apart from creating and editing, there are a couple of other actions that a creator can take for every offering on Exly. These actions include - Manage Availability, Post-Booking URL, Duplicate Offering, Delete Offering, and Feedback.

 

Follow this step-by-step guide to learn how to take each of these additional actions on Exly: 

Step 1: On the Creator Tool page, from the menu on the left side, click on Create/Edit Offerings. All your Live and Draft offerings will appear on the right side of the page. 


Step 2: Click on the three dots icon on the offering of your choice. A menu with multiple actions will pop up. 



Manage Availability:

Step 1: As you click on Manage Availability, a new window will appear wherein you can manage:



- Maximum slot availability - the number of maximum payments that can be accepted for any product/service/offering. (Not available for one-on-one appointments.)

- Availability status - Draft, Published, Sold Out


- Hide Offering from Homepage- you can choose to hide any offering from your home page but still collect payments from the end-users. This feature comes in handy when you just want to publicize the offering to a specific set of audiences. You can simply turn the toggle on to hide any offering. 


Step 2: Once you have made the necessary changes, click on Update to save the progress.


Post-Booking URL: 

Step 1: As you click on Post-Booking URL, a new window will appear wherein you can add a specific URL and manage the visibility of the same for the customers.

 

- You can add a specific URL using the Post-Booking URL option. It will redirect the end-users (clients) to a link once they complete their purchase. It can be used for WhatsApp/Telegram group links, Google forms, or any information that you may want to convey to your users.

 

- For ease of returning to the link later, you can choose to show the post-booking URL on the receipts by turning the Show Post Booking URL on Receipts toggle on. 

Step 2: Once you have made the changes, click on Update to save the progress.

 
Duplicate Offering:

Once you click on the Duplicate Offering option, it will duplicate the offering and the duplicated offering will show up on the Create/Edit Offerings page.

Renew Link: 

In case you wish to renew or extend a class that you are already offering to an end-user or a batch of clients, you can simply click on the Renew Link option. A pop-up will appear on your screen with a shareable link. 
You can choose to either copy the link and manually share it with your clients or share it directly via WhatsApp. All you will have to do is click on the WhatsApp icon. 



Delete Offering:

Once you click on the Delete Offering option, it will delete the listing. Remember that once an offering is deleted, it is gone forever. It cannot be recovered.   


Feedback:

The Feedback option will redirect you to the Feedback section on the Creator Tools page where you can see all the ratings that you have received for that particular offering.
