Exly Connect by Zoom will change how you conduct your sessions! It allows users to join the meeting directly from your website and thus helps them avoid the hassle of downloading a different app or signing in on another platform. 


Read on as we walk you through the steps of setting up your next session with Exly connect in this easy-to-follow guide:

Step 1: On the Creator Tool page, click on the Create/Edit Offerings menu to start creating a new offering of your choice.

Step 2: When filling out the required details, select Exly Connect as your Workshop Location.



When you do that, an alert message will show up informing you that all Exly Connect meeting links can be accessed from the dedicated section under 
Workflow Tools on the Creator Tool page.

Step 3: Once you have published your offering, go to the main menu on the left side of the Creator Tool page, and scroll down to Workflow Tools to select Exly Connect.

Step 4: You can see your entire Exly Connect schedule on this page for the current day, the day before, and the upcoming day.


Step 5: For each meeting that you have scheduled to conduct using Exly Connect, you can take multiple actions - Copy your link, Copy the customer link, Fetch the Zoom link (herein you get to set a meeting password, and finally there’s also an option to share the meeting link as a WhatsApp broadcast message to your desired customers.

We advise all creators to launch the meeting at least 5 minutes before the start time so that all participants can join the session without any hassle or delay.
