Managing availability slots for classes, webinars, or any sessions you conduct as a creator or business is like playing a game of Tetris – it's all about fitting the right pieces together! Imagine trying to cram a hundred people into a tiny room or leaving half your seats empty – not exactly the recipe for success.
By efficiently managing your availability, you can ensure that every session is perfectly sized, avoiding overcrowding or underutilisation. Plus, it adds a touch of exclusivity, making your offerings feel more coveted and valuable.
So, embrace the power of availability management, and watch as your offering run like a well-oiled machine.
For each offering you create on Exly, you can manage the slots easily.
Read this easy-to-follow guide on how to use the Manage Availability of Slots tool on Exly in an efficient manner:

From the screen that open, click on Manage Availability of Slots card by clicking on Manage Availability.
Step 2: A window will pop where you can see the option select:
Max Slots Available: It represent the maximum number of people that can avail this offer and may payment for it. By default this value is set at 100000. You can choose to increase this number or reduce it according to your will.
Availability Status: You can manually set the availability of the offering. It is set as Published by default. If you want to take time for preparing for the service and analyse people’s interest for it, you can mark it as In Waitlist where people can signup for it.
Hide Offering from Homepage: A hidden offering won't show on your webpage, but you can still directly share the link with your customers to receive payments. Particularly useful when you want to publicise the offering to a select audience.
Step 3: Once you’ve made the changes, click on Update and the changes will go live.
