Keeping tabs on your link traffic is like having a secret superpower for your business! Those analytics give you a peek into what really piques your customers' interests. You'll see which offerings are hits and which could use some love. And monitoring traffic sources lets you double down on what's really driving engagement.

Link analytics take the guesswork out of business decisions and allow you to play to your strengths. So next time those reports come in, dive in headfirst and let the insights guide you to even greater success!

You can refer to this quick step-by-step guide to analyze the number of leads, bookings, and views on your webpage.

Step 1: On the Creator Tool page, scroll down to the Sales & Marketing section on the left side of the screen and click on Traffic Analysis.

Step 2: Click on the Create Tracking Link button on the top right.

Step 3: Add details like Source Name and choose where this Link Directs To in order to create a unique tracking link that you can easily share on your social media, with marketing campaigns, in promotional messages and more.

Source Name refers to the platform/starting point through which you wish to track the data.

In Link Directs To can choose if the link tracks home page, offering page, a plan or a sales page.

When you choose ‘offering’, you will be asked to choose a specific offering from the list of live offerings on your homepage (webpage).

If you want to create a tracking link for a sales page, select Sales Page from the Link Directs To drop down option.

Then you’ll get an option to select the sales page you want to create a tracking link for.

Step 4: After adding all the required details, click on the Create button to complete the process.

Step 5: You will be redirected to a new page where you can see the shareable tracking link. You can either copy this link and manually share it with your customers or share it directly as a post on various social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or email.

However, when you choose to share it as a post/story, you will have to add the tracking link to the same. You can copy the link and share it by tapping on the smiley sticker icon that appears on the top of the Instagram story screen. Scroll down to find the Link icon, tap on that, and paste the copied link in the provided field.

Click on the download this banner button to download this in JPEG format.

Step 6: You can see all the data pertaining to the number of leads, bookings, and views collected from the tracking link that you have created and shared.

Here, Leads refer to the total number of people that showed some interest in your webpage or any of your offerings.

Total Bookings refer to the total number of bookings you received through these tracking links.

Views refers to the total number of people that visited your webpage or offering page through these tracking links.

Step 7: All the tracking links that you create will appear on the Traffic Analysis

page with details like Source Name, Link Directs To, URL, Leads, Total Bookings, Tracking Summary, View Bookings, and Actions.

To share the tracking link, click on the share icon under the Actions column.

You can also filter the entries on the basis of Source Name and Link Directs To.

Step 8: Click on the Export Data button to export all the listed data as a CSV file.
