What does white label mean?

By default, all the broadcasts are sent with Exly’s name. That is, even though you write the messages and templates, the sender’s name there will be Exly.

To white label means to have Exly’s name replaced with your own business name and number.

What are the benefits of white labelling your Whatsapp communications?

White-labeling your WhatsApp communications is like giving your brand a sleek, professional outlook. It is like having a dedicated business presence on one of the most widely used messaging platforms, but with a personalized touch that aligns seamlessly with your brand's identity.

By white-labeling your WhatsApp communications, you can add your own custom elements, such as your logo and sender’s name. This not only enhances the overall customer experience but also reinforces your brand's credibility and professionalism.

Customers appreciate the attention to detail and consistent branding across all touchpoints, creating a cohesive and memorable experience. Whether you're sending updates, handling inquiries, or providing support, your white-labeled WhatsApp communications ensure that your brand remains front and centre, fostering trust and strengthening customer relationships.
