The Bookings tool on Exly is a one-stop tool that helps you keep a track of all the confirmed purchases for your offerings. Each time an end-user (customer) pays for any of your offerings, a new booking is added to the My Bookings tab. It’s easy to filter these bookings as per your requirement on the basis of type, mode, status, and staff.
How to use the Bookings tool on Exly?
Follow this step-by-step guide to use the Bookings tool on Exly:
Step 1: On the Creator Tool page, scroll down to the Contacts menu, and click on My Bookings.
Step 2: Click on the My Bookings option from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: On the right side of the page, you will see all the bookings listed by Customer Name, Customer Email, Phone, Offering, Offering Type, Price Paid and many more options.
Step 4: You can manually add a customer to this offering by clicking on Add Customer from the top right of the screen.
In the Add a new Booking form that opens, fill in the details such as variation of the offering (if present), Price for the customer, Customer Name, Email, Phone Number, Address and Timezone.
If you want to send the customer an invoice of the booking, you can tick the option at the end of the form.
Additionally, you can also add 'Advanced details' with respect to the booking. These details would allow you to add
- Payment details: Mode of payment and Transaction ID
- GST details: GSTIN and Registered company name (if you are a GST-registered business, here you can add GST details of your customer as well. Exly will utilize these GST details to generate invoices for the customer in compliance with CGST or SGST).
- Customer details: Tags and Notes
Once booking is added, you can find all the above-mentioned Payment and GST details in the 'All Transactions' table.
Step 5: You can filter out the bookings on the basis of various criteria including Customer name, Customer email, Phone, Offering, Price paid, UTM info, Promotion type, Promotion from offering, etc.
To view the details of each customer click on View Details on the left side.
To message a customer directly on WhatsApp, click on the WhatsApp icon on the right side of their phone number.
You can send messages in bulk too. Simply select the filtered conversations and click on "Send Message". Using this you can also select contacts across multiple pages and send them an email/ WhatsApp broadcast!
Step 6: Download the data in a CSV format by simply clicking on the Export button.
